Do I have to sign a contact with Launched?

Can I make money referring friends to launched?
Yes, you can make money referring friends to launched. We offer referral programs that pay a commission when someone signs up and makes a purchase through your referral link.
Do you have a mobile app?
Yes, we have an app available in the Apple Store and Google Play Store.
How long does it take to setup my account?
New account setup is automated and it typically takes about 5-10 minutes to setup an account with most services. However, depending on what features or add-ons you choose, it could take longer.
How does the billing work?
We require billing in advance, meaning you pay your first month before you can use the software. We will bill you every 30 days with the credit card you setup upon activation.
Do you offer a refund?
Yes, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Launched is currently available in the United States and Canada.

How much do leads cost?
We have month packages for 1000, 2000 & 5000 leads. But if you want to break it down, each lead costs about 0.29 cents. The cost of conversations is built in so you never pay more than that.
How much technical experience do I need to use Launched?
You don’t need to have any technical experience or coding knowledge to use Launched, if you can copy and paste then you’re an ace!
What if I want to also send emails to my current database of clients?
Uploading your own list is a feature available from the Lift Off plan up.
Do I get the email address for every single lead?
The price per lead covers at least either email, phone or Linkedin profile if not all, so you have plenty of ways to reach out to your leads
Do you have support if I get stuck?
Yes, we have a help desk and built in support portal available to support you whenever you need. There are multiple was to reach us!
Do you have training videos?
Yes, we have a complete walkthrough training course to help you get set up and feel confident to start your cold outreach.
How are you different from other lead sourcing websites?
All of our data is sourced in real-time, whereas other lead softwares use outdated and old data which they sell over and over again.
What if I want to buy more leads than what the package offers?
You can purchase more leads at any time by upgrading your package.
