Getting started
What setup, onboarding, and going live look like.
Most clients are fully live within 7–14 days. We handle onboarding, AI training on your services and FAQs, and CRM setup so you can launch without learning new systems. Complex multi-location rollouts can take a bit longer — we'll set expectations on the kickoff call.
Done-for-you setup of your CRM, AI chatbot trained on your services and FAQs, NOVA voice assistant with your hours and call routing, calendar sync, follow-up automations, review automations, and any integrations you need. You point us at your tools — we connect them.
Nope. If you can hand us your services list, hours, FAQs, and access to your domain and Google Business Profile, we can take it from there. Most owners spend less than 90 minutes total during onboarding.
Only if you want it to. We can build you a high-converting site through Website & Landing Pages, or we can drop the AI chatbot, forms, and tracking into your existing site without rebuilding it.
Pricing & contracts
What it costs, what's included, what's optional.
Never. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. We earn your business every month — that's the only contract we want.
Most plans include onboarding at no extra cost. Custom enterprise rollouts (multi-location, complex integrations, white-label) may include a one-time setup fee — we'll quote that on the discovery call.
We'll never silently bill you for overages. You'll get notified when you hit 80% of your contact, message, or voice-minute limit, and you can upgrade in-app or buy add-on credits. Limits reset monthly.
For most businesses in the US, Launched qualifies as a software/business expense and is fully deductible. Confirm with your CPA — we're not tax advisors, but we are happy to send a clean invoice.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time, prorated. No phone calls required.
AI & automation
How the AI works, how it's trained, what it can and can't do.
Yes. Every chat and voice bot is trained on your services, pricing, hours, FAQs, and tone. NOVA introduces herself as part of your team — not a generic assistant.
It happens — and we treat it as a training signal. You can flag any conversation in the dashboard and the AI updates. Critical questions can also be set up to route directly to a human via SMS or call.
Yes — that's her main job. NOVA syncs to your calendar in real time, qualifies the lead, offers actual open slots, and books appointments straight in. She'll also collect deposits or send intake forms if you want her to.
LeadFlow builds a profile of your ideal customer, scans business data and intent signals across the web, surfaces matches into your CRM, and runs automated outreach across email, SMS, and voice. From first touch to booked appointment, it runs without you.
That's your call. Most clients have NOVA introduce herself as their AI assistant — transparent, friendly, and surprisingly well-received. Some industries and jurisdictions also have disclosure rules; we'll guide you on what's required.
Setup & integrations
Connecting Launched to the tools you already use.
Most clients move fully into Launched because it consolidates 5+ tools. If you have a system you love, we'll integrate where possible — but most teams find Launched simpler and cheaper as the system of record.
Google Calendar, Google Business Profile, Stripe, QuickBooks, Zapier, most major email and SMS providers, scheduling tools, and 3,000+ apps via Zapier/Make. If we're missing one you need, ask — we ship integrations regularly.
Yes — CSV import or direct migration from popular CRMs. We do the migration as part of onboarding, including segmenting old leads so Database Reactivation can re-engage them.
Yes — fully responsive web app plus a mobile app for iOS and Android. New leads, calls, and bookings push to your phone in real time.
Support & training
How you get help, and from whom.
Live chat, email, and phone support during business hours, plus a dedicated account manager on Growth and Scale plans. Critical issues get same-day response. We don't outsource support.
Yes — onboarding includes live training sessions for you and your team, plus an on-demand video library. Most teams are up and running in a single 60-minute session.
Absolutely. Your account manager runs quarterly business reviews and tunes your AI, automations, and campaigns based on what's actually working. The system gets better the longer you run it.
Security & data
How your data — and your customers' data — is handled.
Yes. Launched runs on SOC 2-aligned infrastructure with end-to-end encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and regular third-party security audits. We never sell or share your data.
GDPR and CCPA: yes. HIPAA: enterprise plans support BAAs and HIPAA-aligned configurations for med spas, dental, and clinic clients. Talk to us about your specific needs on the discovery call.
You. Always. Your contacts, conversations, and content are yours, and you can export everything anytime in CSV or JSON.
