How do I log in to my Launched account?

Visit app.golaunched.co and enter the email and password you used when signing up. If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot password" on the login page and we'll send a reset link to your email.

How long does onboarding take?

Most accounts are fully live within 2–5 business days. Our team handles all the technical setup including integrations, AI training, and workflow configuration. You'll receive a kickoff call invite within 24 hours of signing up.

How do I connect my existing CRM or calendar?

Launched integrates with hundreds of tools including Google, Outlook, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, and more. Visit our integrations page for the full list. Your onboarding specialist will walk you through connecting your tools during setup.

Can I change my plan or cancel at any time?

Yes. Launched has no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings or by contacting support at support@golaunched.co. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens if NOVA misses a call or a lead falls through?

All calls, texts, and lead interactions are logged in your dashboard in real time. If an edge case requires human follow-up, you'll receive an immediate notification. You can also review and replay any conversation at any time from the Launched dashboard.

How do I report a bug or technical issue?
